For the past ten years, MedNet Egypt hasn't just been a workplace; it's been my professional home. I joined as an entry-level officer, eager to learn and grow, and I've had the incredible opportunity to evolve into a manager, a journey I attribute significantly to MedNet's supportive environment. What truly sets MedNet apart is its empowering work environment. During my time here, I got married and welcomed a beautiful kid his name is Zein, who is now 7 years old. MedNet’s flexibility and understanding have allowed me to thrive both as a professional and as a family man. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I’ve had at MedNet, the relationships I’ve built, and the skills I’ve honed. It has been a cornerstone of my career and personal development, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to its success

My journey with MedNet Egypt began in 2015 as one of the first 50 team members. This is where I built my technical expertise in the insurance field, seizing every opportunity to learn, grow, and develop. The unwavering support from management and the HR team made overcoming challenges easier, fostering an environment that encouraged both personal and professional growth.

My journey at MedNet has been an incredible experience over the past 20+ years. I began my career as a System Administrator in the IT department, where MedNet provided me with the tools and resources to develop my technical expertise. As I progressed through various roles, the company’s commitment to fostering talent and offering new opportunities allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. Today, as General Manager for several entities within the group, I can look back on a career built on the foundation of MedNet’s dedication to its employees’ success. The support, guidance, and encouragement from MedNet have been essential to my development, and I am proud to be part of a team that values innovation, growth, and excellence.

I started my journey with MedNet Jordan in 2013 as a Claims Officer, progressing through diverse operational roles that shaped my expertise in claims lifecycle management, case management, fraud and abuse prevention, medico-finance, and network management. Along the way, I led key initiatives, including the digital provider portal, which enhanced operational efficiency, provider engagement and shaped my skills expertise. MedNet’s commitment to professional growth enabled me to participate in Munich Re’s three-year executive leadership program, "Hydrogen," which expanded my strategic outlook on global insurance trends. Since 2022, I have been leading MedNet’s branch in Iraq, driving innovation, fostering strategic growth, and delivering superior healthcare management solutions that elevate industry standards and create meaningful impact.

Working as a female leader at MedNet Group has given me the unique opportunity to experience firsthand how the company truly supports women in balancing career growth and family commitments. The flexibility provided allows me to advance professionally while being present for my family, making me feel valued both as a leader and as a person. It’s truly empowering to be part of a company that invests in women at every stage of their careers.

My journey from a practising clinician to Health claims management at MedNet has been like “Kashmir Pashmina” woven with challenges that fosters incredible learning, resilience, lasting bonds, and a deeply enriching experience. I have been fortunate to have managers who went beyond their roles and seniority, championing me mentors and guiding lights. Likewise, I proudly look back at having guided and supported my team members through their journey who have ascended in their career paths.
